Ethical Channel
This Ethical Channel, also known as the Internal Information System, was created as a mechanism for channelling complaints, in compliance with the legal and regulatory framework in force.
Through this channel, employees and any third party may report possible cases of legal or regulatory non-compliance that may be detrimental to the interests of the company.
The reception and management of complaints, which may or may not be anonymous, entrusted to the System Manager as a natural person appointed by the Administrative Body, will be treated with sufficient guarantees of confidentiality of the identity of the complainant and any other person included in the complaint, guaranteeing objectivity and impartiality in the management of the complaints, with the aim of responding to them and legal management.
